Radiographs (also known as “x-rays”)  are safe, painless and non-invasive test we perform in our office to help evaluate the inside of the body.  It can show us different organs such as the heart and lungs as well as abdominal organs and the different bones.

It provides our doctors with a greater appreciation for certain diseases, organ enlargement, certain types of cancer and fractures that may go unnoticed or are unable to be determined from a physical examination alone.  It is a crucial tool that can help us make the correct diagnosis of your pet.

Bone Fractures
Foreign items ingested
